Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to Return
- Email us with your order number and reason
- We confirm eligibility and share return address
- Ship back (customer bears cost unless defective)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Refunds
- UPI / Cards / Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI
